Q: How long will my package take to arrive?

 

Trust us, being an online brand no one is more excited than us to receive packages ASAP. The saying in our office goes...

 "Happiness is...receiving what you ordered online" 

 So we do our best to make sure you get your goodies pronto! 

U.S. Orders

Typically the orders get fulfilled the next day after they are placed and that same day they are sent out. We work with different delivery companies, therefore you may choose our Free Shipping option or any of the paid carrier options that offer diverse services. 

With this in mind, all orders typically arrive within 2-6 business days for all shipments in the Continental U.S. With the exception of holidays, special events, weather conditions, and huge sales which can delay the delivery time to 7-10 business days

You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number as well as a notification as soon as your package has been delivered. Our store offers both email and text notifications that you can choose at checkout.

International Orders

For international orders, we cannot guarantee a specific time range given the complexities of each country and its custom guidelines. Typically international orders take anywhere from 15-25 days to arrive.  

The following rates have been established for specific regions or countries: 

Canada: rates start at $7CAD to $20CAD, FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100USD.

Mexico: rates start at $100 pesos - $300 pesos, FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100USD.

Europe: rates start at $8USD up to $35USD

You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number. 

DUTIES & TAXES

You will be liable for all import duties, customs, and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

Please be aware that Tin Marin Brand does not have any control for any duties, customs, and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to.   We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.  

Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Tin Marin Brand, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
